Service Coordinator


My Wolverhampton based Construction Company are looking for a Service Coordinator to join their team on a full time & permanent basis. Duties:- * First point of contact for engineers and clients * Managing & scheduling labour and allocating works using in-house portal. * Ensuring in-house systems and paperwork is maintained at all times for jobs being completed for invoicing purposes * Providing information to Team Leader / Manager for weekly maintenance meetings * Liaising with engineers and clients in relation to quoted works, re-visits and dates for out of hours work * Adhering to SLA's for planned works being carried out Key Skills / Experience:- * Essential you have worked as a Service Coordinator / Maintenance Coordinator or Scheduler previously * Excellent communication skills to be able to build relationships at all levels * Excellent IT skills including MS Word / Excel * Ability to pick up processes and systems quickly * Able to work in a fast paced and pressurised environment and think outside the box to provide solutions * Can work as part of a team as well as on own initiative
